History and development
The Aquis Group has more than 25 years of experience in the development and manufacture of innovative, technically sophisticated and proven electronic solutions in water and sanitary technology.
As an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), the Aquis Group works with partners to develop and produce unique and innovative solutions tailored to the needs of its customers. As an ODM manufacturer (Original Design Manufacturer), its expertise ranges from product design and technology to series production.
Over the years, Aquis has developed into a well-established system house for mechatronic solutions that successfully applies its expertise from development to series production.
Today, Aquis realises innovative system solutions in various business areas. The success of the Aquis Group is based on technical expertise and customer-centric service, but above all on the deep trust of its customers, who entrust it with the development and manufacture of their own branded products.
The networking and communication capability of the products is an integral part of the broad range of services.

Founded as a subsidiary (spin off) of a leading European manufacturer of components such as valves, dosing units, heaters, softening systems for the household appliance industry

Market launch of the innovative, newly developed electronic faucet range under the "iqua" brand (intelligent water)

Restructuring of the ownership structure and spin-off of the sanitary activities into the newly founded Aquis Sanitär AG
